We monitor what is said about your brand and report fake reviews, defamatory posts and false information to the platforms and publishers involved, within their policies and the law.

Trusted by publishers, media, education and D2C brands

What our reputation management service covers

We act only on content that breaks a platform's policies or the law, and we never post or buy reviews. Here is what we cover.

Fake and Policy-Violating Review Reporting

Report fake and policy-violating reviews of your business

Fake reviews from competitors, spammers or people who were never customers can drag down your ratings on Google, marketplaces and review sites.

We look for signs of fake reviews, such as bursts of reviews from new accounts, repeated wording or reviewers who could not have been customers, and check each one against the platform's review policy.

We report reviews that breach platform policies (fake, spam, conflicts of interest) and follow up on each report; the platform decides. We do not seek removal of genuine customer reviews.

Defamatory Content Reporting

Address harmful content impacting your brand image and reputation

False statements in blog posts, videos, social posts or articles can stay in search results for years and shape how customers, partners and employers see you.

Where content breaches a platform's policy, we report it. Where a court order is needed, independent counsel can seek one, and we supply the evidence.

Our evidence pack records each statement with dates, URLs and captures, and sets out why it is false.

Misleading Information Correction

Request corrections to inaccurate information about your brand

Wrong prices, outdated product details, incorrect phone numbers or false facts on third-party sites confuse customers and cost sales, even when nobody meant harm.

We look for inaccurate information about your brand on directories, marketplaces, review sites and other publishers' pages.

We send documented correction requests to the site owners and editors, and track each one until it is answered.

Misleading Parody Reporting

Manage misleading parody content affecting brand perception

Parody is often lawful expression. It becomes a problem when it uses your trademarks to confuse customers, or when it is cover for impersonation or defamation.

We monitor for 'parody' accounts and websites that cause real confusion about whether they are you.

Where an account breaks a platform's impersonation or trademark rules, we report it. Where it is genuine commentary, we tell you so; we don't report lawful criticism.

Online Credibility Improvement

Strengthen your brand’s credibility across digital platforms

Reputation work is also about making accurate, positive information about you easy to find.

We help you keep your own profiles, listings and pages complete and accurate, and plan genuine content such as articles, interviews and announcements with your team.

We never post fake reviews or buy links. The aim is that people searching for you find accurate information from sources you control or that cover you fairly.

Defamatory Reels & Memes

Report defamatory reels, memes and edited videos about your brand

A single defamatory meme or edited 'exposé' reel can reach a large audience within hours, and images and video are harder to track than text.

On your plan's scan cycle, we use keyword, hashtag and visual matching to look for these posts on the social platforms in your plan.

We report posts that break platform rules on harassment, impersonation or false information, and record each one for your counsel if legal action is needed. Platforms decide on removal.

How our reputation management works

We act only on content that breaks a platform's policies or the law, and only after you confirm it.

  1. Tell us what to watch

Your brand, executives, products and review profiles, and any issues you already know about.

  2. We monitor on your plan's cycle

Review platforms, social media, news sites, forums and video platforms. First findings arrive within 7 working days.

  3. We assess each item

Our analysts check each item against the platform's policies and the law. We don't report genuine reviews or lawful criticism.

  4. You confirm before we act

Nothing is reported or sent until you confirm it.

  5. We report and request corrections

Fake and policy-violating reviews and posts go to the platforms; documented correction requests go to publishers and site owners. Every request's status is in your dashboard.

  6. Escalate when needed

Where a court order is needed, independent counsel can seek one, and we supply the evidence. Fees are quoted per matter.

Online reputation management FAQs

Can you remove negative reviews?

We report fake and policy-violating reviews, such as fake, spam or conflict-of-interest reviews, to the platform and follow up on each report; the platform decides. We do not seek removal of genuine customer reviews, even negative ones, and we don't post or buy reviews.

How do you get defamatory content removed from Google?

Google lists what is on other websites, so the first step is usually the site or platform hosting the content. Where content breaches a platform's policy, we report it. Where a court order is needed, independent counsel can seek one, and we supply the evidence; the order can then also go to Google with a legal removal request.

How long does online reputation management take?

It depends on the platforms and the kind of content. Removal times are set by each platform; in India, the IT Rules also set deadlines for some complaints, such as impersonation and intimate images. Court cases follow the court's timetable, and every request's status is in your dashboard.

What can you do about defamatory reels, memes or videos?

We find them with keyword, hashtag and visual matching, report the ones that break platform rules on harassment, impersonation or false information, and keep a dated record of each for your counsel if legal action is needed.

Do you monitor what people say about our brand?

Yes. On your plan's scan cycle, we monitor review sites, social platforms, news sites, forums and video platforms for mentions of your brand, products and executives, and show what we find in your dashboard. First findings arrive within 7 working days.

Do you write positive reviews or push down negative results?

No. We never post fake reviews, buy reviews or buy links. We help you keep your own profiles and pages accurate and plan genuine content with your team, so people searching for you can find accurate information.
