What our brand protection service covers
Brand abuse shows up in social accounts, ads, domains, apps, listings and search results. Here is what we monitor in each and how we report it.
Brand Impersonation
Protect your brand from impersonators misleading your audience
Fake brand accounts and pages copy your logo and tone of voice to sell products that don't exist, collect customers' details or run fake 'support' desks.
On your plan's scan cycle, we look for accounts, pages and channels that imitate your brand on the social platforms and messaging apps in your plan.
We file impersonation and trademark reports for the accounts you confirm, and track each one to resolution.
Social Media Fake Ads
Report deceptive ads that misuse your brand on social platforms
Scammers pay to put fake 'sale' ads in front of your customers, using your brand name and product images to steal card details or sell counterfeits.
We check the public ad libraries of Meta and the other platforms in your plan for ads that use your brand name, logo or imagery without permission.
We report the ads you confirm through each platform's ad and intellectual-property complaint channels. The platform decides whether to remove an ad or the advertiser's account.
Fake Websites & Apps
Find fake websites and apps that copy your brand
Phishing sites copy your website on look-alike domains, often a small misspelling of your own ('typosquatting'), to collect customers' logins and payment details.
We monitor new look-alike domain registrations on a schedule, check which ones go live, and capture evidence of the pages and apps that copy you.
We file abuse reports with the registrars and hosts of the sites you confirm, and report fake apps to the app stores involved. Suspension is at the registrar's, host's or store's discretion.
Logo Misuse
Safeguard your brand assets from unauthorized and misleading usage
Your logo on low-quality products, fake stores or scam pages misleads buyers and wears down the trust it stands for.
Image matching helps us find your logo on websites, marketplaces and social platforms, including altered versions.
For each use you confirm, we file a trademark or copyright complaint with the platform, marketplace or host, and track it in your dashboard.
Clickbait Content
Report misleading content that uses your brand to attract clicks
Clickbait pages put your brand name in sensational headlines to pull traffic to ad farms, scams or misinformation sites.
We track mentions of your brand on news aggregators, content networks and social platforms to find misleading articles and posts.
We report content that breaks a platform's or ad network's policies, and send correction or removal requests to publishers that misuse your trademark or misstate facts about you.
Google Fake Ads
Report search ads that misuse your brand name
Scammers bid on your brand name so their ads appear above your own site in Google results, sending searchers to phishing pages or fake support numbers.
We check searches for your brand terms in the locations in your plan, and capture each suspicious ad with its landing page.
We file trademark complaints with Google for the ads you confirm. Google decides whether to remove an ad or suspend the advertiser.
Fake Google Business Listings
Report fake Google Business Profiles that use your brand
Fake Google Business Profiles send local customers to the wrong address, or to a scam phone line that answers in your name.
We look for profiles on Google Maps and Search that use your brand name, logo or photos in the locations in your plan.
We report fake profiles to Google and help you claim and verify your genuine locations. Google decides on each report.
Unauthorized Listing
Find unauthorised sellers and listings of your products
Unauthorised sellers on Amazon, eBay or niche marketplaces may sell grey-market, expired or stolen stock, undercut your pricing and strain your relationships with authorised distributors.
We monitor the marketplaces agreed in your plan and flag sellers who aren't on your authorised list.
Listings that infringe your trademark or copyright, or break the marketplace's rules, are reported to the marketplace. For genuine goods sold outside your network, you get the seller details to take up with your distributors.
